Rank Vision, Result Bharats द्वारा उपलब्ध कराया गया एक Answer Key Score Calculator और Exam Analysis Tool है। Rank Vision का उपयोग करने से पहले कृपया इन Terms and Conditions तथा User Data Policy को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़ें।

Rank Vision पर अपनी Answer Sheet Link/URL जमा करने, “I Agree” विकल्प चुनने या Result Generate करने पर यह माना जाएगा कि आपने इन नियमों को पढ़ लिया है और आप इनसे सहमत हैं।

1. Rank Vision क्या है?

Rank Vision एक स्वतंत्र educational और exam-analysis platform है, जिसकी सहायता से उम्मीदवार अपनी उपलब्ध Answer Sheet Link/URL का analysis कर सकते हैं।

Rank Vision निम्न प्रकार की सुविधाएँ प्रदान कर सकता है:

Rank Vision किसी सरकारी विभाग, Staff Selection Commission, Railway Recruitment Board, परीक्षा संस्था या Answer Key जारी करने वाली agency की official website नहीं है।

2. Official Result के संबंध में महत्वपूर्ण Disclaimer

Rank Vision द्वारा दिखाया गया Score, Rank, Normalization, Percentile और Expected Cutoff केवल educational तथा informational purpose के लिए है।

उम्मीदवार को निम्न बातों को समझना आवश्यक है:

Rank Vision का Raw Score submitted Answer Sheet और उपलब्ध answer data पर आधारित होता है।
Community Rank केवल Rank Vision पर उस exam के लिए data submit करने वाले candidates पर आधारित होती है।
यह Rank पूरे exam में शामिल सभी candidates की official rank नहीं मानी जाएगी।
Expected Cutoff एक अनुमान है, official cutoff नहीं।
Equivalent Percentile और Normalized Score estimated/community-based हो सकते हैं, जब तक संबंधित examination authority का complete official data और final method उपलब्ध न हो।
किसी भी अंतर की स्थिति में examination authority द्वारा जारी Official Answer Key, Result, Score Card, Normalization, Rank और Cutoff अंतिम एवं मान्य होंगे।

Rank Vision किसी selection, rejection, qualification, document verification या appointment की guarantee नहीं देता।

3. Answer Sheet जमा करने के नियम

उपयोगकर्ता केवल अपनी Answer Sheet या ऐसी Answer Sheet submit करे, जिसके उपयोग की उसे अनुमति प्राप्त हो।

उपयोगकर्ता सहमत है कि वह:

किसी दूसरे candidate की private Answer Sheet बिना अनुमति submit नहीं करेगा।
किसी दूसरे व्यक्ति का नाम, Roll Number या personal data गलत तरीके से उपयोग नहीं करेगा।
Rank Vision के parser या scoring system को manipulate करने का प्रयास नहीं करेगा।
Bot, automated script, malicious request या excessive duplicate submission नहीं करेगा।
ऐसी URL submit नहीं करेगा जिसमें malware, harmful code या unauthorized content हो।
Rank Vision को password, OTP, login PIN या examination portal credentials नहीं देगा।

Rank Vision कभी भी candidate से official exam portal का password या OTP साझा करने के लिए नहीं कहता।

4. Rank Vision कौन-सा User Data प्राप्त कर सकता है?

आपकी Answer Sheet और आपके द्वारा भरी गई जानकारी के आधार पर Rank Vision निम्न data process या store कर सकता है:

Technical Data

Security, queue processing और service operation के लिए निम्न technical information record हो सकती है:

IP Address
Browser और device information
User Agent
Submission date और time
Queue status
Error logs
Security logs
Result access और download timestamps
Cookies या session-related information

5. User Data का उपयोग क्यों किया जाता है?

Rank Vision user data का उपयोग निम्न उद्देश्यों के लिए कर सकता है:

Answer Sheet fetch और parse करने के लिए
Score calculate करने के लिए
Correct/Wrong Questions Analysis तैयार करने के लिए
Community Rank calculate करने के लिए
Normalization और Expected Cutoff analysis तैयार करने के लिए
Score Card और Share Card generate करने के लिए
Duplicate submissions रोकने के लिए
Processing Queue संचालित करने के लिए
High Traffic के दौरान server को सुरक्षित रखने के लिए
Errors, fraud, misuse और security incidents detect करने के लिए
Plugin performance तथा service reliability सुधारने के लिए
Applicable legal obligations का पालन करने के लिए

Rank Vision user data को बेचने का उद्देश्य नहीं रखता और personal data को third-party advertisers को बेचता नहीं है।

6. Consent और Data Processing

User द्वारा Answer Sheet URL submit करने से पहले स्पष्ट consent प्राप्त किया जाना चाहिए। भारत के Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 में consent को informed, specific, unambiguous और clear affirmative action पर आधारित बताया गया है।

Submit button के पास निम्न checkbox रखा जा सकता है:

मैं Rank Vision की Terms & Conditions और User Data Policy से सहमत हूँ 🤩 तथा Score और Exam Analysis तैयार करने के लिए अपनी Answer Sheet और संबंधित data को process करने की अनुमति देता/देती हूँ। 👍

Consent न देने पर user को Answer Sheet analysis service उपलब्ध नहीं कराई जा सकती।

7. Answer Sheet HTML कितने समय तक रखा जाता है?

Answer Sheet से प्राप्त raw HTML को processing, verification, re-analysis और error investigation के लिए temporarily save किया जा सकता है।

Website administrator की selected retention setting के अनुसार raw HTML:

10 मिनट बाद delete हो जाता है;

Raw HTML delete होने के बाद भी निम्न data सुरक्षित रह सकता है:

Raw HTML delete करने से candidate का calculated result automatically delete नहीं होता।

8. Original Answer Sheet Link

Rank Vision submitted Answer Sheet URL को result record के साथ सुरक्षित रख सकता है, ताकि आवश्यकता होने पर Answer Sheet दोबारा खोली या verify की जा सके।

हालाँकि, external Answer Sheet website Rank Vision के control में नहीं होती। इसलिए:

External URL expire हो सकती है।
Examination authority URL structure बदल सकती है।
Website access restrict कर सकती है।
Answer Sheet बाद में unavailable हो सकती है।

Rank Vision original URL को store कर सकता है, लेकिन यह guarantee नहीं देता कि third-party Answer Sheet link हमेशा open रहेगी।

9. Public Result Link और Score Card Privacy

Rank Vision candidate के लिए permanent या shareable Result Link बना सकता है।

User को समझना चाहिए कि:

Result Link share करने पर link प्राप्त करने वाला व्यक्ति result देख सकता है।
Score Card या Share Card में candidate name, score, rank, category, photo या exam details दिखाई दे सकती हैं।
Social media पर card share करने के बाद Rank Vision उस third-party platform से card को वापस नहीं हटा सकता।
User को personal details वाला Result Link या Score Card सोच-समझकर share करना चाहिए।

Rank Vision Result Link को secure token से protect कर सकता है, लेकिन user द्वारा स्वयं publicly share किए गए link की confidentiality की guarantee नहीं दी जा सकती।

10. High Traffic और Processing Queue

Answer Key जारी होने के समय अधिक candidates एक साथ Rank Vision का उपयोग कर सकते हैं। ऐसी स्थिति में Answer Sheet को Processing Queue में भेजा जा सकता है।

Candidate को निम्न message दिखाई दे सकता है:

✅ आपका Score सफलतापूर्वक तैयार हो गया है। कुछ समय बाद Rank, Normalization और Expected Cutoff आप देख सकते हैं। 🙏

High Traffic के दौरान:

Raw Score पहले उपलब्ध हो सकता है।
Rank बाद में publish हो सकती है।
Normalization और Expected Cutoff background में process हो सकते हैं।
Score Card का updated version बाद में download करना पड़ सकता है।
Queue processing में server और external Answer Sheet website के अनुसार समय लग सकता है।

Rank Vision किसी निश्चित processing time की guarantee नहीं देता।

11. Rank, Normalization और Cutoff Updates

Rank Vision पर candidate data समय के साथ बढ़ सकता है। इसलिए:

Community Rank बदल सकती है।
Total candidate count बढ़ सकता है।
पुराने candidate की Rank नए candidates आने पर update हो सकती है।
Normalization का नया version publish हो सकता है।
Expected Cutoff समय-समय पर बदल सकती है।

Candidate को latest data देखने के लिए अपना Result Link दोबारा खोलना चाहिए या Check Rank & Analysis विकल्प का उपयोग करना चाहिए।

पहले से download की गई PNG Score Card अपने-आप update नहीं होगी। Latest Rank या Analysis के लिए candidate को नई Score Card download करनी होगी।

12. Data Security

Rank Vision personal data को unauthorized access, misuse, alteration या loss से बचाने के लिए reasonable technical और administrative safeguards अपनाने का प्रयास करता है। DPDP framework personal data की सुरक्षा के लिए reasonable security safeguards की अपेक्षा करता है।

फिर भी कोई भी internet transmission, server, website या electronic storage system 100% secure होने की guarantee नहीं दे सकता।

Security incident होने पर Rank Vision आवश्यक investigation, containment और applicable reporting steps ले सकता है।

13. Third-Party Services

Rank Vision निम्न प्रकार की third-party services का उपयोग कर सकता है:

Web Hosting
CDN
Security और Firewall
Database services
Analytics
Error monitoring
Email या notification services
Examination authority की external Answer Sheet website

इन services द्वारा data processing उनकी संबंधित privacy policies और legal obligations के अधीन हो सकती है।

Rank Vision third-party websites की availability, accuracy, security या privacy practices के लिए responsible नहीं है।

14. Cookies

Rank Vision और Result Bharats निम्न उद्देश्यों के लिए cookies या similar technologies का उपयोग कर सकते हैं:

User session maintain करना
Security और abuse prevention
Queue status maintain करना
Website preferences याद रखना
Performance measurement
Analytics
Consent preferences
विज्ञापन, जहाँ applicable हों

Browser settings से cookies block करने पर Rank Vision के कुछ features सही तरीके से काम नहीं कर सकते।

15. User के Data Rights

Applicable law के अनुसार user अपने personal data के संबंध में access, correction, erasure और grievance redressal का अनुरोध कर सकता है। DPDP Act में access, correction/erasure और grievance redressal से संबंधित अधिकार दिए गए हैं।

User निम्न अनुरोध कर सकता है:

गलत personal data को correct करना
Result record की जानकारी प्राप्त करना
Personal data delete करने का अनुरोध करना
Public Result Link disable करने का अनुरोध करना
Privacy complaint दर्ज करना
Consent withdraw करना

Deletion request identity verification, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, backup cycle और legitimate record-keeping requirements के अधीन हो सकती है।

16. Children और Minor Users

यदि user applicable law के अनुसार minor है, तो वह parent या legal guardian की जानकारी और अनुमति से Rank Vision का उपयोग करे।

Minor user को अपनी Answer Sheet, photo, Roll Number या Result Link publicly share करने से पहले guardian की सलाह लेनी चाहिए।

17. Data Retention

अलग-अलग प्रकार का data अलग अवधि तक रखा जा सकता है:

Raw HTML: selected HTML-retention setting के अनुसार
Parsed result: service और Result Link उपलब्ध रखने तक
Rank और analysis data: exam analysis के लिए आवश्यक अवधि तक
Technical और security logs: security एवं applicable legal requirements के अनुसार
Backup data: निर्धारित backup cycle पूरा होने तक

जब data की आवश्यकता समाप्त हो जाती है या valid deletion request स्वीकार की जाती है, तो उसे applicable system और legal limitations के अनुसार delete या anonymize किया जा सकता है।

18. Prohibited Activities

Rank Vision पर निम्न गतिविधियाँ प्रतिबंधित हैं:

Unauthorized Answer Sheet submission
Fake candidate data
Server या database पर attack
SQL injection, XSS या malicious code
Automated mass submission
Queue manipulation
Rank manipulation
Result Token guessing
दूसरे user का result unauthorized तरीके से access करना
Rank Vision branding या Score Card का fraudulent use
Tool को official government service बताना
Commercial resale या unauthorized cloning

Violation की स्थिति में access block किया जा सकता है और संबंधित data या request investigate की जा सकती है।

19. Service Availability

Rank Vision service maintenance, technical issue, high traffic, hosting failure, external portal restriction, internet disruption या security reason से temporarily unavailable हो सकती है।

Rank Vision:

Uninterrupted service की guarantee नहीं देता।
किसी external website के downtime के लिए responsible नहीं है।
हर प्रकार की Answer Sheet parse होने की guarantee नहीं देता।
Incorrect या incomplete Answer Sheet URL से उत्पन्न result के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
आवश्यकतानुसार features, limits या processing method बदल सकता है।

20. Limitation of Liability

Applicable law द्वारा अनुमत सीमा तक Rank Vision और Result Bharats निम्न कारणों से होने वाले direct या indirect नुकसान के लिए liable नहीं होंगे:

Estimated score पर निर्भर decision
Community Rank में बदलाव
Expected Cutoff estimate
Normalization difference
Official Result से variation
External Answer Sheet URL expire होना
User द्वारा गलत URL submit करना
User द्वारा Result Link public share करना
Third-party website या hosting failure
Technical delay या temporary service interruption

Candidate को recruitment या examination से संबंधित सभी महत्वपूर्ण decisions केवल official notification और official result के आधार पर लेने चाहिए।

21. Intellectual Property

Rank Vision का नाम, logo, design, software, Score Card template, Share Card template, parser logic और original website content Result Bharats या संबंधित rights holder की intellectual property हो सकते हैं।

Exam questions, official logos, Answer Sheet content और examination material के अधिकार उनकी संबंधित examination authorities या rights holders के पास रहेंगे।

Rank Vision official examination content पर ownership claim नहीं करता।

22. Terms में बदलाव

Rank Vision समय-समय पर इन Terms and Conditions तथा User Data Policy को update कर सकता है।

बदलाव होने पर:

Updated date इस page पर दिखाई जाएगी।
महत्वपूर्ण बदलाव के लिए website notice दिया जा सकता है।
बदलाव के बाद service का continued use updated terms की acceptance माना जा सकता है, जहाँ कानून इसकी अनुमति देता है।

23. Applicable Law

ये Terms and Conditions भारत में लागू कानूनों के अधीन रहेंगी। Digital personal data से संबंधित matters पर Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, DPDP Rules, 2025 और लागू notifications relevant हो सकते हैं। MeitY ने DPDP Rules, 2025 और उनकी enforcement timeline प्रकाशित की है।

किसी dispute की स्थिति में पहले Rank Vision/Result Bharats के grievance contact के माध्यम से समाधान का प्रयास किया जाना चाहिए।

25. User Acceptance

Rank Vision का उपयोग करके user पुष्टि करता है कि:

उसने इन Terms and Conditions को पढ़ लिया है;
उसने User Data Policy को समझ लिया है;
वह अपनी Answer Sheet submit करने के लिए authorized है;
वह Score, Rank, Normalization और Expected Cutoff की estimated/community nature को समझता है;
वह data processing के लिए consent देता है;
वह official result को अंतिम और मान्य मानेगा।
